Peer review Mentoring program by amanda anseeuw

Here's a rough draft of our statement of purpose:

1. Our goal is to gather, disect, connect, interpret, and re-distribute research in an attemt to persuasively supplement a request to fund a mentoring program at MTZHS.

2. We plan to collect and connect broad psycological and sociological perspectives and apply these perspectives within the guidelines of a pre-determined spiritual and demographic framework that help to define MTZHS.

 3. Additionally, the data we collect will work to establish a "best practices"  for screening, hiring, training, and matching mentors, and for engaging, retaining, and matching mentees of this developing program.

SOunds extremely complicated. Which fund request are you working to supplement? How many mentors per child and how old are mentors going to be? Are mentors primarily college students participating with service learning and Zion Human Services staff?
