How to make a greatest hits compilation aka a portfolio

Page history last edited by ShareRiff 14 years, 11 months ago

Basically, an ENC Portfolio is a cumulative statement-of-purpose/cover sheet/reflection with links that directs the grading committee's attention to your best work (link to any writing or any multimedia composition anywhere from anytime during the semester--this your "greatest hits" compilation) as pertaining to the 4 WPA rubrics:

1. rhetorical knowledge

2. critical thinking/reading/writing

3. evidence of your writing process (sequencing chats-->brainstorms-->blogs-->rough drafts-->final drafts)

4. awareness of different conventions, formatting styles, and genres of argumentation.

Let's get into portfolio migration mode by trolling for greatest hits (yours or anyone else's--remember, your interpretation/understanding/reading (see #2 above) of a peer's exemplary rhetorical moment counts just the same!) We'll do more of the same in class. Let's crowdsource this wiki and rock these portfolios.
